If, for example, too many modules are faulty or your traction battery is still under warranty, your electric vehicle will receive a brand-new heart – a new traction battery.
Most manufacturers provide an 8-year or 120,000 km warranty on the traction battery of electric vehicles. This warranty ensures confidence in the battery’s durability and reliability, crucial for the vehicle’s performance.

The repair process for your EV traction battery proceeds as follows.
In order for us to carry out a repair on your traction battery, we need the battery at our workshop in Norderstedt. There are 2 options for this:
- We will transport your vehicle to our workshop, where we will remove the traction battery and perform the necessary repairs.
- If your electric vehicle can still be driven, you can schedule an appointment to bring it to our workshop. We will remove the traction battery, make the necessary repairs, and you can pick it up from us afterwards.
Depending on parts availability and the method of battery delivery, the repair can be completed in just 1-2 weeks, and sometimes even faster in exceptional cases!
