We offer a specialized service that few companies in Germany provide: repairing electric vehicle (EV) traction batteries.
At our state-of-the-art workshop in Norderstedt, our dedicated team of experts ensures the longevity of your EV’s most critical component. We handle each vehicle with the utmost care, delivering top-quality repairs. Our priority is to assist all customers with battery issues and find the best solutions for every situation.

The repair centre
Since January 2021, our VoltFix battery repair center in Norderstedt has been looking forward to your visit. On an area of around 150 square meters, the VoltFix team repairs around 400 batteries per year.
Our workshop is not a standard workshop. Working on electric cars requires specific safety equipment, policies, and procedures:
- Due to the high voltage, the right personal protective equipment is crucial. These are, for example, isolation gloves, protective goggles, special tools and other protective precautions.
- We are subject to strict workshop safety policies and procedures. This includes, for example, an extra fire protection room and an extraction system. Our rooms are always tempered to approx. 21 degrees – because this is the optimal temperature for traction batteries.
- Our team regularly participates in training and certifications. This is how we ensure that we have the latest knowledge and skills to effectively maintain and repair electric car batteries. The regular training also includes that all employees take part in a first aid training course every year.
